The Revelators - We Told You Not to Cross Us...

Stripped to a minimal trio of just guitar, vocals and drums, Missouri's Revelarors take advantage of their missing bassist approach to a raw, more stripped down sound. Following the "Serve the Man" single released on Crypt in 1996, their second release We Told You Not To Cross Us, came out the next year with songs dealing with working crappy jobs and the thankless work brought on by the American farmers.

The band broke up after recording their second album, which up til 2007 hasn't been released.
